Do you do Catered Birthday Parties??
Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions we will not be hosting catered Birthday Parties this season.
You can host your own party just pay for the Aqua Park Session & supply your own food.
Is the park open when it’s raining ?
Of course.It’s more fun in the rain!!!
The only time we close is in extreme weather including lightning,hail and strong wind.
The park will only close for the session and reopen afterwards when it is safe to do so.
Is there a weight/height restriction?
Do you take card / EFTPOS?
Yes.Surcharges Apply 1.65% Tap & Go Transactions & .30cents flat on debit insert.
Please be aware that due to limited 3G reception eftpos does not always work so bring cash to avoid disappointment on arrival.
Can we bring our own shade & bbq’s?
If you like you may bring your own chairs,tables, shade structure & bbq’s as there is limited shade available.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring any of your own food.
We do have a kiosk selling hot & cold drinks, slushees, hot dogs,pre packaged sandwiches.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No alcohol consumption may take place before or while participating on the Aqua Park.
Do I need to book or can I just come along?
You can just come along on the day, you do not have to pre book as the park can hold up to 200 people per session.
Customers should arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to their preferred time to allow for their ticket purchase, the signing in process and the safety brief. This time may become longer as peak season approaches.
All patrons need to be on the bank, jackets on and ready to go 10 minutes prior to the session start time .
Late comers cannot join a session that has already started once the safety brief has been delivered.

Do I need to sign a Waiver?
Yes, all participants must read and listen to our safety rules and sign a waiver before being allowed onto the park even if you have already signed a form previously and heard the safety speech.If you do not sign the waiver or listen to the WHOLE speech or not scanned the QR code you will be refused entry on to the park…
The Waiver form is available on site at the ticket booth and under the Safety Rules tab on our website.
Do I need to be able to swim?
You must be able to swim or dog paddle 5 to 10 metres out to the first platform and be able to lift yourself up onto the obstacles on your own.
Unfortunately our attendants are unable to be with you one on one as they are guarding the whole park.
Do I have to wear the Aqua Parks Life Jackets even if i have my own jacket??
Yes, you must wear Bathurst Aqua Park’s life Jackets as they are a commercial grade Australian Approved PFD Life Jacket.
Under no circumstance will you be allowed to wear your own life jacket.This is for safety and insurance compliance.
NEVER take off your Life Jacket on the park otherwise you will be banned from the park immediately.
Do you have lifeguards on duty??
Yes we have Aqua Park Attendants on duty at all times complying with the relevant award guidelines.
We do not give refunds but in extreme circumstances may give you a return pass to the Aqua Park.This is not redeemable for cash and will be void if given to a third party or sold online .
